A 30 yrs. old female, eight months of gestation had come with recurrent complaints of persistent urge to urinate, passing frequent small quantity of urine, burning sensation in the urethra while micturition, lower abdomen pain and low grade fever since 2 to 3 weeks.

She took allopathic medications but was not helpful and proved no benefits.

She has become quite irritable due to her persistent pain and discomfort. Otherwise she did not have any significant exciting factor for her recurrent complaints. She was following normal routine daily activities.

She had no previous history of urinary complaints even during her previous pregnancy.

She was given homoeopathic medicine Pulsatilla Nigricans in infrequent doses as per the indications. She recovered well within few days. All her complaints associated with cystitis were completely cured. She delivered a healthy baby boy on August, 2017 without any complications.

Note: Pulsatilla Nigricans is used in this case as per the indications. In all cases Pulsatilla Nigricans cannot be given. Every case has it’s unique presentation for prescription. Same medicine cannot be used for all the patients suffering from same disease condition. Homoeopathic medicines should be always taken under physician’s guidance only. Self-medications are not safe and prone to side effects.
