A 24 years old male Mr. GTM, a known case of diabetes mellitus type 1 under treatment of insulin since last ten years had come with complains of hair fall since last 4 years.

His mother expired ten years back due to cardiac arrest and uncontrolled diabetes. After that his father remarried within a year. He does not have any siblings. His stepmother did not take good care of him. He was insulted. He was feeling loneliness and shattered. He was not able to express and kept all his emotions within. After four years of mother's death, father passed away in a train accident. Patient’s loneliness increased. His only caretaker was his grandmother. Four years back, his grandmother expired due to unknown cause. He was not having anybody for support. He felt himself to be more insecure and stressed.

Music was his passion since childhood and music helped for survival. He became a classical singer and performed on stage functions which helped him for his day to day living. He does not have any friends. Also he was not interested in building up any relations. He often had dreams of childhood spent with his parents.

His thirst was less. He does not like to eat brinjal, ladies finger and sweet. He would prefer salty and spicy things. He would get lots of perspiration, as if fully drenched. He could not tolerate cold weather well but liked winter and rainy season.

She was given homoeopathic medicine Phosphoric Acid in infrequent doses. His hair fall stopped very rapidly. New hair growth started. Overall his general wellbeing improved.
