Seronegative Arthritis and Homoeopathy treatment

Case Record No…….. Dated……….

A 19 years old girl Miss. JNA, had come with complains of symmetrical swelling and throbbing pain over multiple joints since last three months. Her knee joints, wrists, metacarpal joints and elbow joints were affected. The joints felt warm to touch but no redness. Her pain increased during cloudy weather and exposure to cold weather. She would feel better by warm application.

Her appetite was good. She had normal thirst. She had aversion for eating sweets. She had craving for eating cold food items and drinking cold water.

By nature, she was reserved. She was answering for whatever asked. She maintained good eye to eye contact. She was an angry person.  She had high self esteem. She was sensitive to rudeness. She would feel insulted. She was haughty and intelligent. If any quarrels occurred in the family; if she was blamed for, she would avoid talking to them. She could not accept consolation.
