Homoeopathic treatment for Acne Allergic Rhinitis Cervical Spondylosis

A  20 years old female Miss. SVI, had come with complains of right hand pain which was radiating from nape of neck on and off since last two to three years. She had dull aching pain. She was not experiencing tingling and numbness. She would feel heaviness sensation. Her pain increased during winter season, cloudy weather, during sleep and after exertion. She would feel much better with massage and applying tight bandage.

She also had complains of acne over face grade I since last six months. Her right cheek was affected more than left. She would get occasionally yellow discharge from acne.

She had recurrent coryza and sneezing on and off since last two to three years. Her complains would increase whenever exposed to dust, eating cold things and sour things. She would feel better with allopathic treatment.

She could not tolerate cold weather. She was thirst less. She had perspiration on palms and soles which was non offensive and cold to touch. She had craving for eating cold foods. She does not like milk and sweets.

By nature, she was mild to talk, timidity with lack of self confidence. She was sensitive to criticism and reprimand. She was irritable but could not express and would dwell on it. She would anticipate especially before exams. She was reserved.

Patient was given homoeopathic medicine Calcarea Phosphorica and Natrum Carbonicum in infrequent doses in variable potencies as per the indications. She gradually recovered well.

Note: Homoeopathic Medicines used in this case are as per the indications. In all cases same medicines cannot be given. Every case has its unique presentation for prescription.
