Homoeopathy treatment for Pharyngitis Throat pain Sinusitis

A 30 year old female had Mrs. LBT, had recurrent complaints of dry cough with throat pain since 2 to 3 years. She also had headache with heavier sensation. She would feel feverish heat feeling all over the body. She had become irritable with tiredness and weakness. She had no desire to eat food. She had no thirst. She felt dryness with chilliness. She would feel better after drinking hot water and sleep in the afternoon. Her complains are more during cold weather, whenever exposed to cold draft and after taking cold food.

Her menstrual cycle was regular. She would get more head pain and breast heaviness before menstrual period.

By nature, she was fearful. She would get palpitation and perspiration on palms and soles before stage performance during school and college days. She does not get angry much and does not keep much in mind. She would forget very easily. She would feel sympathetic over others suffering. She would get dreams of death and dead body. She could share her feelings to feel better. She needed support for any decision. Though she knows what she wanted still she would need guidance. She would not decide anything of her own.

She was given homoeopathic medicine Calcarea Carbonicum and Belladonna in infrequent doses. All her complains improved well after treatment.
