A 27 yrs. old male had come with complaints of paroxysmal sneezing with dry cough almost daily since 5 years. He denied having any complaints like shortness of breath, headache, joints pain or post nasal discharge associated with it. His complaints would get triggered as soon as he touches water in the morning after waking up and would get aggravated during cold weather particularly during monsoon season. By nature, he was shy and timid person. He was highly introverted. He did not have any self-choice or preferences. He could easily adjust to any type of environment. He was working hard to complete chartered accountant by education. He was working as an accountant from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm. He was very sincere and punctual in his job. He would never get angry for any reason. He did not fear anything. His hobby was to watch movies. He was good in studies. He had responsibilities towards his family.

He looked thin with dark complexion. He generally cannot tolerate cold weather. He would feel thirstier. He had scanty perspiration. He had no specific cravings or aversions. No specific complaints about urination and defecation.

He had a past history of surgical removal of mucosal cyst on lips many years back.

On examination, his nasal septum was deviated towards the left side. He had bilateral hypertrophied turbinates.
