Homoeopathic treatment for Lichen Planus

Case Record No…….. Dated……….

A 60 year old male Mr.PPN, had come with complains of blackish discoloration of skin on foot and at popliteal fossa of both the legs. He also had few scattered black spots over the thighs and buttock region. The skin discoloration was noticed since 2 to 3 years.

He looked tall and average built. He could not bear hot weather. He would like normal food on regular basis. Eating chicken would aggravate his hemorrhoid conditions. Even during deep sleep slightest noise can awake him.

By nature, he was a haughty person. He had done lots of hard work and saved his earnings to educate all his children. He do not expect anything in return from children. He was conscientious. He do not like to be contradicted. He would get angry very fast. Smallest conversation against his wish would aggravate him. During anger he would not react spontaneously rather would wait for the time to react. Till then he would keep everything in his mind. He would neither forgive nor forget. He would respect others and wanted to be respected as well. He was not a socializing person. He do not have much friends. He showed disinterest in social gatherings. He would dominate wife and always mock about her opinions and actions.

He was given homoeopathic medicines Lachesis and Naja in in frequent dosesin variable potencies. Gradually his skin discoloration improved. He is still under treatment for complete recovery.
