Homoeopathy treatment for Anxiety Reflux esophagitis Aphthous ulcer Mouth ulcer

A 52 years old female Mrs. BGY, had complains of retrosternal burning with restlessness and palpitations aggravated only at night for half an hour about 1 a.m on and off since one to two years which had increased since last three months. She also had recurrent aphthous ulcer in mouth on and off. Her complains were increased after eating spicy food. All her complains would be better after passing stool and after walking in open air.

She also had complains of multiple joints pain on and off since two years. Her both ankle joints and knee joints were affected more. Her pain would increase during night and winter season.

She could not tolerate cold weather well. Her thirst was poor. She had a craving for eating sweets. Her perspiration was moderate.

By nature, she was a fearful person. She had lots of insecurity about money matters. Whenever she does not have enough money, she would become anxious and irritable. She was irritable and very much anxiety about health.

Patient was given homoeopathic medicine Arsenicum Album in infrequent doses in variable potencies as per the indications. She recovered well within few months.

Note: Arsenicum Album used in this case is as per the indications. In all cases Arsenicum Album cannot be given. Every case has its unique presentation for prescription.
